Delivery time during martial law is:

International delivery: 3-14 days (depending on distance)Ukraine: 2-5 business days

Goods subject to return or exchange.

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO RUSSIA AND BELARUS.

We will send you a tracking number in the shipping notification email as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Please note that we use external shipping services and any delays that occur on their end are the responsibility of the shipping company.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These fees will be charged by the delivery service upon delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs.

Returns can be made within 14 calendar days in accordance with Ukrainian legislation provided that the product retains its original appearance, shows no signs of use, and protective seals (if any) as well as size tags and labels are intact. The product must be returned together with all original packaging.

If the product was purchased as part of a set, it must be returned in its entirety.

All costs associated with the return/exchange of goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer (return shipping). After verifying the product's compliance with the return conditions, its full value will be refunded within 3 business days.

• The timeframe for crediting funds to the recipient's account depends on the internal regulations of the recipient bank.
• The product for exchange is shipped only after receiving the return.

In the case of returning goods from abroad, international return shipping and customs duties are paid by the buyer. A return request in such cases is accepted within 14 days from the moment the buyer receives the package in the destination country.

Attention! In case of a customer's request for order supplementation or cancellation after the order has already been dispatched, the costs of return and re-delivery (if necessary) are covered by the customer.
