Dear customers,
we are launching our online store against the backdrop of the Russian invasion of Ukraine to support our business and help the Ukrainian economy during this time.
Delivery time during martial law is:
International delivery: 3-14 days (depending on distance)
Ukraine: 2-5 business days
Goods subject to return or exchange.
WE DO NOT DELIVER TO RUSSIA AND BELARUS.
We will send you a tracking number in the shipping notification email as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Please note that we use external delivery services and any delays experienced on their end are the responsibility of the delivery company.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These fees will be charged by the delivery service upon delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs.

Payment methods
After making an online payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the delivery details. Please note that according to the tariffs of the issuing bank, double conversion may occur when paying with international bank accounts.
You can pay for your order using one of the available methods:

- LiqPay instant payment service;
- online services Apple pay, Google pay, Visa, Mastercard, payment by Privatbank cards;
- payment in the store, in cash and through the terminal. Please note that we do not ship orders by cash on delivery. Orders are shipped at our expense only if you pay in full online. You can pick up your order at our showroom in Lviv, 2 Romanchuk St.
